As the saying goes, ‘whatever grows together, goes together’. Over the years we have built meaningful & productive relationships with our suppliers to create a seasonally changing menu which is both sourced locally and concentrates on sustainability. Our meat is supplied by Gill Wing, a free range farm in Eridge, Sussex, less than an hour away from Borough. We get our fish from Southbank Fresh Fish, a sustainable fish supplier based in South East London.
We serve truly traditional pub grub, scrumptious desserts and Sunday roast with all the trimmings.

Saturday: 12pm – 10pm
