As the saying goes, ‘whatever grows together, goes together’. Over the years we have built meaningful & productive relationships with our suppliers to create a seasonally changing menu which is both sourced locally and focuses on sustainability. Our meat is supplied by Gill Wing Farm in Eridge, Sussex. They farm according to organic and biodynamic principles and are less than an hour away from Borough. We get our fish from Southbank Fresh Fish, a sustainable fish supplier based in South East London.

Although our menu is constantly changing, we keep both pub food staples alongside more avant-garde dishes on the menu. We work with the Sustainable Restaurant Association and World Wide Fund for Nature to create a monthly One Planet Plate - a dish that we shine a light on, which is particularly sustainable. We highlight the sustainable properties of the dish, raising customer awareness on these issues and shout about our incredible suppliers. We also donate £1 from each of these dishes to the WWF and put the recipe out for our customers to try and create at home.

We serve truly traditional pub grub, scrumptious desserts and Sunday roast with all the trimmings.
