We love our team, in fact, we like to think of ourselves as more of a family. As with many hospitality roles, some team members are marrying into the family, and some are visiting for the summer holidays. We try to keep everyone engaged through training events, supplier visits and tastings and encourage our team to ask for any extra training that they might want, even if it isn’t directly related to their job role. We encourage our staff to employ their personal skills and utilise their knowledge gained outside the Roebuck to help us to improve.
